Introduction To Mindfulness

This six-week course will provide you with a foundational understanding of mindfulness meditation and how to skillfully develop this innate capacity to better understand and identify emotional and behavioral patterns in how you relate to life’s experiences. The course is designed to guide you through a process of understanding and exploring a set of concepts that can change the way you see and relate to life as a whole. Whether you elect to take this course as a self-guided or instructor-led course, you will be presented with a set of guided meditations, teachings, and resources to introduce skillful ways to incorporate mindfulness into your life. This course is perfect for those who are completely or relatively new to mindfulness meditation.

Students of the mentored courses receive direct teacher-led instructions that complement the material in the online course.
